IN-PERSON SESSIONS Middle School/High School
Typically held once-weekly for 55 minutes, in-person sessions (at Dayhouse Coworking, Highland Park) are offered to support students as they navigate classes, assignments/tests, and daily schedules.
ZOOM SESSIONS High School/College
Available as 55 minute full sessions or 30 minute check-ins, meetings incorporate screen sharing and interactive apps to provide students with various instructional supports. Session time may be used to record tasks, organize time, understand class expectations, and create study plans.
*In-person or via Zoom. Rates include “as needed” weekly communication including: student text check-ins, and session updates for parents, collaboration with teachers/outside providers up to 15 mins/week.
**For current students. Services including but not limited to 1) Communication with parents/teachers/outside providers beyond 15 minutes a week, 2) Review of educational history (student performance over time, interventions and progress monitoring, school-based evaluations, outside reports, etc.), 3) Drafting plans/goals/accommodations for interventions, 504 Plans, or IEPs and 4) Attendance in-person or via Zoom at student conferences, team conversations, or Special Education meetings.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments will be requested via Venmo every two weeks. Completion of the request is due within 24 hours of receipt.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations (not due to illness/emergency) within 24 hours of the session time will be billed at 1/2 the session rate. A cancellation within two hours of the session time will be billed the full rate. A session will be considered "canceled" if a student has not arrived/signed in after 15 minutes of the appointment time, and will be billed in full.
